Under his leadership, Brightline completed its $2.7 billion expansion to Orlando, connecting Central and South Florida, and developed initiatives addressing first- and last-mile connectivity. His experience provides a firsthand perspective on passenger rail, transit-oriented development, tourism, and the changing ways Floridians and visitors move between the state’s major economic centers. \nRoberto J.
